The Building Stones.......

       As I mentioned in the heading lines, when I go through the foundation modules (communication skills in English) the stones were build so strong as to develop a learner to trainer.The module is designed to enhance the communicate competence to achieving higher goals than aimed. The implementation of the foundation modules are so easy for the trainer and it is helpful for identifying the skills of the trainee. 

        Last one and half year foundation modules playing wonderful role in my life not only in the class as also in the day today communication. Foundation modules always create a space for the trainer to vision his training tactics.
        The student oriented, interactive and task based well structured modules are the life of ASAP.

        The foundation module focused on the enhancement of the skills, above mentioned 4 basic skills are required for the better communication standards to achieve the goals in life.

Competence...

        More than developing some skills or identifying the skills, we are creating better future as a good competent. The quality of being competent is skilled with the skills of personal-social-organizational-professional. ASAP given the platform for the student to acquire the knowledge or the condition being suitable.

I Experienced....

        I only have experience of two batches of students, one I completed in a aided management school and other one in government school. The 360 hours was great experience as learner than a trainer. Specially in the communicative English classes I felt students felt a freedom where they have no opportunity in normal daily lectures. Both batch I felt a common thing was they are ready to share the happiness.
        I felt ASAP given the room for the students and trainer to creating a relationship of supporter and believer. I personally felt get connected with ASAP more than hour, I used to given them works of 1 sentence diary, cartoons and captions as home tasks. The students belongs different family backgrounds and only one common thing is every one looking forward to attain a goal in life as teacher, civil service, army, police etc etc.

         Boost their skills and enhance their dreams for being competent
